Are your Products Safe? 
All of our teething toys/rings are tested prior to shipping and are compliant with the AS/NZS 8124.1.2019 mandatory safety standards for toys. Our dummy clips are compliant with the AS/NZ DIN EN 12586:2011 mandatory safety standards for soother holders.
  • All of our materials are non-toxic and chemical free.
  • Free from BPA, PVC and phthalates.
  • Contain no lead, cadmium or heavy metals.
  • Hygienic, hypoallergenic and resistant to bacteria.

All of our silicone beads are tested for harmful chemicals prior to despatch, and are sourced within Australia. Our necklaces come with a break-away safety clasp and the necklace cords are strength tested prior to using. These reassuring features mean the clasp will release if pulled, and the cord will not break under pressure ensuring that the small beads will not detach.

Silicone Necklaces are not a toy, and are not designed for children under the age of three years old. We want to remind our customers that our necklaces are intended to be worn only by parents to ensure the utmost safety of your child. Childrens necklaces are for fashion purposes only and are not for teething.

Dummy chains are NOT intended as a toy or teether. Always supervise when in use, not to be used in a cot or crib.  Please check regularly for wear and damage before each use. Discard immediately should this occur.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to have all ready made orders dispatched the next day. Personalised items may take upto 5 business days. At peak times of the year such as Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas, there may be slightly longer lead times, but we will keep you updated in the event of a delay.
What shipping options do you offer?

We use Australia Post for our shipping. At this time, we only ship to locations within Australia. We offer three options at checkout: 

Local Pick-up:

You have the option to save on postage by selecting “Local Pickup from 2257” at checkout. We will contact you to make arrangements.

Parcel Shipping (within Australia) $9.20 

If you require a tracked option with a signature on delivery, this is available for $8.95 per order. Items will arrive in most areas of Australia in 1-5 business days after dispatch. For rural or remote areas, please allow up to 10 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you once the item(s) have been shipped.

Express Shipping (within Australia) $12.20

There is an option at checkout to upgrade to Express Shipping. Express Orders will most likely be next day dispatch, so please let me know if you need same day dispatch. Most locations in Australia will receive an express order the next business day.  Darwin CBD and Perth metro is 2-3 business day service and some remote or rural locations may take slightly longer. 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All purchases of $100 or more automatically qualify for FREE standard shipping.

How do I clean my silicone beaded necklace or accessory? 
All silicone jewellery orders come with simple care instructions. For silicone jewellery and accessories (no timber beads), these can be placed under the tap and blotted dry with paper towel. Alternatively they can be cleaned with a wet wipe. Please allow to air dry thoroughly.
For necklaces and accessories with beechwood beads or rings, we recommend wiping the beads down with a damp cloth or wet wipe. Do not submerge the timber beads in water. A huge amount of care and attention is put into all of our products tonot  only ensure they look fantastic, but to make sure they are 100% safe.
What if i change my mind or I would like to exchange my item?
Unfortunately returns and exchanges are only accepted due to a faulty or damaged product.  Please get in touch via email should this occur.
